How to Make a DIY Photo Holder from CD Cases

Display photos in creative picture holders.  Cd cases are cheap, light-weight, and easy to find.  I had a few cases for disposal but I thought of a way to make use of them. The good thing is that these cases already have a plastic sleeve that we could easily slip something in.
I have this beautiful collage of food pictures.

This is a two tier picture holders. Dvd cases are very light-weight so it can support multiple tiers.

These are the materials needed for this project.

This background is a gift wrapper leftover. I just trimmed it down to fit into the cases' plastic sleeve. I secured the photo to the Background with a sticky tape.
I inserted the background and photo to the clear sleeve.
I cut an 8" ribbon for the holder. The ends were tied into a knot.  I  Inserted the knotted ends into the cases' opening. The knots will serve as stoppers to prevent the case from falling off.
This is a very easy way to display pictures or even quotes that inspire. Ive also tried two tiers of cases which is also amazing. The case orientation can also be changed into landscape for a different view.  Just cut 2 3inch ribbon with all ends knotted. Simply insert one end to the bottom of the case to the top of the next case. Do the same thing to both ribbons to balance the weight of the nect case.

Thank you for visiting. I hope you liked it.
